Deals with conveyancing and commercial work. He has been qualified for over 30 years.  He is the partner in charge of our Bideford Office.  Rod is a former president of The Devon & Exeter Law Society and is currently the elected member for Devon to represent their interests on the national Law Society.

Andrew deals with family cases and also other litigation.  He has accredited specialist status through resolution, formerly The Solicitors Family Law Association.  He is also on the Law Society Children Panel.  He is the partner in charge of our Barnstaple Office.

Jeremy Ferguson
 
Jeremy was previously a partner in the firm and is now a Consultant. He has a vast amount of litigation experience and like Rod, is a past President of The Devon & Exeter Law Society.  In recent years he has been heavily involved in promoting mediation as a means of settling legal disputes.  He has represented The Law Society on a number of international promotions in connection with mediation as far a field as Poland, Azerbaijan and Zimbabwe.  He was recently runner up as Solicitor of The Year in the annual Law Society Awards.

Jill deals with conveyancing and probate work at our Barnstaple Office. She is not a qualified solicitor but has a wealth of experience to draw upon.
