Rod is a former president of The Devon & Exeter Law Society and is currently the elected member for Devon to represent their interests on the national Law Society. Andrew Laugharne
Andrew deals with family cases and also other litigation. He has accredited specialist status through resolution, formerly The Solicitors Family Law Association. Jeremy Ferguson
Jeremy was previously a partner in the firm and is now a Consultant. He has a vast amount of litigation experience and like Rod, is a past President of The Devon & Exeter Law Society. In recent years he has been heavily involved in promoting mediation as a means of settling legal disputes. He has represented The Law Society on a number of international promotions in connection with mediation as far a field as Poland, Azerbaijan and Zimbabwe.
